Welcome to Chi Decor Party Rental. By booking décor, rental, or event styling services through our website, social media, or by invoice, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency for every client we serve.
🗓️ 1. Booking & Deposits

All events require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Dates are confirmed only after a deposit is received and your invoice is approved.

Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
-
Remaining balances are due no later than 7 days before your event date.
-
Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation without refund.
💳 2. Payments

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, debit/credit card, or approved electronic transfer.

Once a payment is made, it confirms your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Returned or failed payments will incur a $35 processing fee.
❌ 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event may transfer the deposit one time to a new date (within 6 months, subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit all payments made.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to chidecorpartyrental@gmail.com.
🛠️ 4. Setup & Breakdown

Setup and breakdown are included in all décor packages unless otherwise stated.

Clients must ensure the venue is ready for setup at the agreed time (clear space, tables/chairs available, access provided).

Additional fees may apply for limited access, stairs, waiting time exceeding 30 minutes, or extended setup hours.

Chi Decor Party Rental is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or other vendors.
🎈 5. Décor & Equipment

All décor, props, and rentals remain the property of Chi Decor Party Rental.

Clients may not move or alter décor once installed.

Any lost, damaged, or missing items will be charged at full replacement value.

Balloon décor is intended for indoor or short-term outdoor use; weather may affect balloon performance, and Chi Decor is not liable for outdoor deterioration.
🍬 6. Treat Table Styling

Packages that include “treat table styling” mean Chi Decor provides setup and décor styling only.

Clients are responsible for providing all edible items (cupcakes, candy, cookies, etc.).

Chi Decor Party Rental does not handle or supply food.
⚡ 7. Outdoor Events & Weather

For outdoor setups, the client understands that wind, rain, heat, or humidity can impact the final design.

Once décor is delivered or installed, no refunds or credits will be issued for weather conditions.

If extreme weather prevents safe setup, Chi Decor may offer a reschedule date (based on availability).
📸 8. Photos & Marketing

Chi Decor Party Rental reserves the right to photograph completed décor setups for marketing, portfolio, and social media use.
-
Client photos may be shared or reposted with credit when tagged or submitted.
🕒 9. Rental Duration

Standard décor rental duration is up to 5 hours, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Extended rental time or same-day teardown outside the scheduled period may incur an additional fee.
🧾 10. Liability

Chi Decor Party Rental is not responsible for venue damage, personal injury, or accidents once décor has been installed.

The client is responsible for supervising children and guests near décor or electrical components.
💕 11. Policy Acknowledgment
Booking any service, submitting a deposit, or approving an invoice constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Additional event details, refund clauses, and liability language will be outlined in your official Chi Decor Party Rental Contract, sent with your invoice.
