We make celebrating easy with flexible payment plans and clear booking options.

How Our Payment Plans Work

At Chi Decor, every celebration deserves beauty — without stress.
We offer flexible payment options through HoneyBook, allowing you to reserve your date and pay over time.

  1. Reserve Your Date – Secure your event with an initial deposit (typically 25–35 % of the total).

  2. Easy Monthly Payments – Events booked 3 months or more in advance qualify for three equal monthly payments automatically scheduled through HoneyBook.

  3. Final Payment – Remaining balances are due 7 days before your event, allowing time for final setup coordination and design preparation.

All invoices, receipts, and reminders are managed digitally for your convenience.

💰 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • 💳 Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

  • 🏦 ACH Bank Transfer (preferred)

 Zelle may be accepted for final balances by request. Please confirm with your designer before payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

(Per Chi Decor Décor Contract)

We understand that plans sometimes change.
Please review our official cancellation terms below — these mirror your signed décor agreement.

Time Before Event Date Refund / Payment Due

More than 30 days before Deposit is non-refundable. All other payments refunded minus a 20 % administrative fee.

11 – 30 days before Client owes 60 % of total contract value.

10 days or less No refunds; 100 % of contract total is due.

Important Details

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or HoneyBook).

  • Deposits secure your event date and materials and cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds and balances are processed within 10 business days after written notice is received.

  • Reschedule requests are treated as new bookings and subject to availability and current pricing.
